- Items must be new, unworn and unused, and include all parts and accessories. Shoes that are returned without a box, in a damaged box or with marked soles will not be accepted, and may be sent back to you. To avoid damages, we recommend trying on footwear in carpeted areas.
- We accept returns based on the following time frames from receipt of your order:
- Full-price merchandise: Must be returned within 14 days from the delivery date.
- Sales items: Must be returned within 7 days from the delivery date.
- Clearance items: Clearance items consider Final Sale and Will NOT be eligible for a refund.
- Please allow 3-5 business days for return processing.
- Merchandise that has been worn, used, altered or damaged will not be accepted. Return merchandises must be unaltered and in resalable condition.
- We offer FREE shipping to continental USA.
- Please kindly note that at this time we don't provide return labels and original shipping charges are non-refundable.

- Include the original receipt.
- Pack merchandise in its original packaging.
- Keep a record of your tracking number.

Second-day delivery fees are calculated based on one pair of shoes. On multiple orders, or heavier weights the shipping fees may be higher and are subject to change.
- Ground shipping to continental USA: Free (5-7 business day)
- Second-day: $40.00 (two business days Monday-Friday)

We are unable to automatically process exchanges on our website at this time. To exchange an item, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will gladly assist you with your exchange. We do not accept exchanges on clearance merchandise.
